Vehicle/pedestrian collision

Halifax Regional Police is investigating a vehicle/pedestrian collision that occurred last night in Dartmouth.

Shortly after 8 p.m., a woman contacted police to report that a commercial vehicle had bumped into her six-year-old daughter in the parking lot of the Wyse Road Shoppers Drug Mart around 5:30 p.m. The vehicle pulled out of a parking spot and didn’t stop after bumping the child, who wasn’t injured. The woman was able to provide a description and plate number for the vehicle.

This collision remains under investigation. No charges have been laid.
