Where’s Stanley? Famous Stanley Cup® to travel throughout Halifax region for Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada

Tuesday, February 3, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – Halifax hockey fans of all ages will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the world’s most recognizable symbol of hockey greatness later this month during Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada.

The Stanley Cup®, a much sought after, revered icon imprinted with the names of many of the best professional hockey players in history, will be on display in several Halifax locations from February 12-15 as follows:

Skate with the Cup (Free Event) - A once in a lifetime opportunity to feel like a Stanley Cup® champion, and skate with the Cup! Free coffee and hot chocolate available while supplies last. The Halifax Forum, 2901 Windsor Street, Halifax Thursday, February 12, 7 – 9 a.m.

Celebrity Luncheon (Ticketed Event) The Cunard Centre, 961 Marginal Road, Halifax Friday, February 13, 12 – 2 p.m.

Halifax Central Library (Free Event) – Another great reason to visit the new Central Library; catch a glimpse and take your picture with the Stanley Cup®! Halifax Central Library, Paul O’Regan Hall 5440 Spring Garden Road, Halifax Friday, February 13, 3 – 4:30 p.m.

Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada Live Broadcast from the Emera Oval (Free Event) Emera Oval, corner of North Park Street and Cogswell Street, Halifax Saturday, February 14, 1 – 4 p.m.
