Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality would like to remind residents that work to improve the intersections along Young Street in Halifax will continue into October.
This work includes replacing the traffic signals and curbs at a number of intersections, as well as other infrastructure improvements. The traffic lights will continue to be operational at this stage of the work.
Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. until about 4 p.m. daily. There will be lane drops in place and motorists should expect some delays. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes, if possible. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this road work might cause.
