The Halifax Regional Municipality is pleased to announce the winners of the 2025 Urban Design Awards.
The municipality hosted the 2025 Urban Design Awards ceremony on Monday, May 26, 2025 at Paul O’Regan Hall in the Halifax Central Library. The ceremony celebrated urban design excellence in the region, including accomplishments in urban development and architecture, heritage restoration and adaptive re-use, housing solutions, civic improvement projects, community initiatives and student projects completed after January 1, 2020.
Thank you to everyone who attended the ceremony. Congratulations to the following winners, who were selected by an independent jury:

Prix de design urbain de 2025
Lundi 2 juin 2025 (Halifax, N.-É.) – La Municipalité régionale d’Halifax est heureuse d’annoncer les gagnants des prix de design urbain de 2025.
La Municipalité a tenu le lundi 26 mai 2025 la cérémonie des prix de design urbain de 2025 au Paul O’Regan Hall, situé à la Bibliothèque centrale d’Halifax. La cérémonie a été l’occasion de célébrer l’excellence du design urbain dans la région, y compris les réalisations en développement et en architecture urbains, la restauration et la réutilisation adaptative du patrimoine, les solutions de logement, les projets d’amélioration civique, les initiatives communautaires et les projets étudiants réalisés après le 1er janvier 2020.
