Wednesday, September 7, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists to expect delays at the Cogswell Street roundabout tomorrow (Thursday) between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Nova Scotia Power will be working on electrical lines at this time. During this work, the roundabout and all legs will be reduced to one lane. Motorists should expect delays and use alternative routes whenever possible. Pedestrian traffic will be maintained and directed around the work site as required. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work may cause. -30-
