On September 2, at 3:30 p.m., there was a collision between a car and motorcycle on Barrington Street at the entrance to the Halifax Dockyard (North Street). A Honda Civic travelling south on Barrington Street collided with a motorcycle travelling north. The 59-year-old male driver of the bike sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to hospital by EHS. The 20-year-old female driver of the car was not injured. She was issued a ticket for failing to yield while making a left turn.
