On February 19, at 5:27 a.m., HRP officers responded to a complaint of an injured person in the 2300 block of Gottingen Street. A 26-year-old woman was located in the lobby of an apartment building, bleeding from the face and shoulder from are believed to be stab wounds. The woman was taken to the QE2 by EHS for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The victim would not cooperate with police and refused to talk to officers. The matter is still under investigation and the location of the original incident is still uniknown.
