Today, a 50-year-old woman reported to police that she was struck by a vehicle on December 6 at approximately 7:40 p.m. while she was walking in the marked crosswalk at the intersection of Lacewood Drive and the entrance to Clayton Park Shopping Centre. She was knocked to the ground and struck her head. The vehicle stopped at the scene, but police and EHS were not called to the scene. She attended the hospital later that day where she was treated and released. The matter is still under investigation.
