Police investigating three vehicle/pedestrian collisions

Dec 13, 2013, 7:47 a.m. – A 39-year-old man reports he was walking between two stopped cars in a private parking lot in the 1500 Block of the Bedford Highway when a vehicle proceeded forward at a slow rate of speed, striking him and causing him to fall to the ground. The pedestrian and male driver spoke, however no information was exchanged. The investigation is ongoing. (13- 179864) 

Dec 13, 2013 –  A 63-year-old man called today to report on Dec 9, 2013 at around noon he was stuck by a vehicle while he was walking in a parking lot on Lacewood Drive. His arm was hit by the passenger mirror of the vehicle. Parties involved exchanged information. It was not until later the pedestrian noticed he had sustained some minor injuries and decided to report the accident. Matter is still under investigation. (13-179891)

Dec 13, 2013, 10:15 a.m. – A 53-year-old female pedestrian reports she was walking between two parked cars on Queen Street in Dartmouth when one vehicle began to back up and struck her. She was not injured. This incident is still under investigation. (13- 179944)
