Bayers Lake Business Park - is a mix of industrial and commercial uses as well as one of the largest concentrations of retail space in Atlantic Canada.
Burnside Park - is one of the largest light industrial and warehousing facilities in Canada, with almost 1,400 enterprises and approximately 30,000 employees.
City of Lakes Business Park - offers a high-profile, prestigious suburban office location adjacent to Burnside.
Ragged Lake Business Park - is an excellent location for transportation systems and home to multi-bay commercial and light industrial building. Ragged Lake is currently under study for a recommended expansion of the longer term HRM industrial employment land supply.
