Proposal
Patrick O’Neil, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a non-substantive amendment to an existing development agreement to extend the date for construction commencement and completion. No other changes to the development are proposed. The existing development agreement permits a service station and commercial uses, including a full service and drive thru restaurant.

Process
The application will be considered under the Non-Substantive Amendment to a Development Agreement process. The application will be reviewed prior to sending a recommendation report to the Development Officer. The decision of the Development Officer is not appealable to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board in accordance with the provisions of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.
