ENOn January 15 at 1:55 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to the intersection of Sackville Street and Queen Street in Halifax regarding an adult man who had been struck by a car. The man, who was not seriously injured, had been crossing Queen Street when he was struck by a grey Kia that fled the area. The Kia was last seen south bound on Queen Street. The Kia driver was described as a male with dark hair.

ENThe Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists beginning tomorrow morning there will be a non-rush hour outbound lane drop on Quinpool Road for the next several months in the vicinity of MacDonald Street and Armview Avenue.
