ENAt 2:55 a.m. on January 27, Halifax Regional Police and HRM Fire & Emergency Service responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision, with a vehicle into a building at 1079 Queen Street in Halifax. A 23-year-old New Brunswick man has been charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired and impaired driving causing death.
