ENAt approximately 1:15 p.m. on March 24, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a male that was located and believed to be deceased in a wooded area behind the 3600 block of Joseph Howe Drive in Halifax. The investigation led officers to believe that the death was not suspicious in nature.

ENAt approximately 7:50 p.m. on March 23, Halifax Regional Police arrested a 34-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman during a traffic stop in the 100 block of Lahey Road in Dartmouth. A search of the vehicle turned up a loaded firearm. The man and woman are facing numerous weapons related charges and are being held in custody.
