ENOn July 26 at 5:35 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a man shot in the 7100 block of Scot Street, Halifax. Multiple officers responded to the scene and located a man with life-threatening injuries. Shortly after midnight the victim, a 19-year-old man from Halifax, passed away. The investigation is now a homicide.
