At 12:23 a.m. on August 2, Halifax Regional Police received reports of a fire at Chronic Relief, 3700 Joseph Howe Drive Halifax. Caller reported seeing an unknown person set the business on fire. The fire was extinguished and deemed suspicious. The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot.
