On March 29 at 8:50 a.m., Halifax Regional Police received a report of a motor vehicle collision where a car struck a utility pole in the 200 block of Victoria Road, Dartmouth.

On March 29 at 1:12 p.m., Halifax Regional Police officers were patrolling Point Pleasant Park in Halifax, one of the parks and beaches, which has been currently closed to the public and to which the travel is currently prohibited as a precautionary measure to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
