    At 10:21 a.m. on July 22, Halifax Regional Police received a report of a robbery that occurred in the area of Church Street and Morris Street in Halifax.

    On July 22 at 11:35 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a single motor vehicle crash in the 500 block of Pleasant Street in Dartmouth. A motorist attempted to avoid a raccoon who was crossing the street and in doing so lost control and struck a power pole. There were no injuries, including the raccoon.

    At 10:40 p.m. on July 21, an officer observed a vehicle travelling above the speed limit inbound on Bayers Road. The officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the driver of the vehicle refused to stop. When the vehicle reached Rocky Lake Drive the pursuit was discontinued. The vehicle was located unoccupied and a search of the area could not locate the driver. Investigators were able to identify him and charges are expected once he is located and arrested.

    At 5:13  p.m. on July 21, police responded to Chadwick Place in Halifax to a report of a robbery. Three men, one believed to be armed with a firearm, pushed their way into an apartment and assaulted the male resident. The suspects are described as three black males in their mid-twenties and they fled with an undisclosed amount of money in a newer model dark grey sedan.
