Residents advised of the lifting of restrictions on access to woods in municipality

The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that effective 4 p.m. today, Friday, Aug. 29, the Province of Nova Scotia has lifted restrictions on access to woods within the Halifax region as part of a partial lifting of the Aug. 5, 2025 Woods Restrictions Proclamation.
