Motion:
That Harbour East – Marine Drive Community Council give Notice of Motion to consider the proposed development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated December 4, 2025, to permit a 14-storey mixed-use building containing 105 residential units and commercial uses at 247 Main Street, Dartmouth, and schedule a public hearing.
