Motion:
That North West Community Council give notice of motion to consider the proposed development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated May 13, 2019, to enable the inclusion of an apartment unit within a single unit dwelling at 103 Dartmouth Road, and schedule a public hearing.
