Motion:
That Harbour East-Marine Drive Community Council recommend that Halifax Regional Council:
1. Give First Reading to consider the proposed amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law for Cole Harbour/ Westphal as set out in Attachments A and B of the staff report dated March 15, 2019, to enable an expansion to the existing C&D Transfer Facility, and schedule a public hearing; and
2. Adopt the proposed amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy for Cole Harbour/ Westphal, as set out in Attachment A.
