Motion:
That Harbour East-Marine Drive Community Council give notice of motion to consider the proposed amending development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated September 21, 2023, to permit an automotive repair and snow removal equipment sales/installation/repair business in the existing commercial building at 14 Lake Major Road, Westphal and schedule a public hearing.
