Motion: 
That North West Community Council:

1. Give First Reading to consider the proposed amendments to the Land Use By-law for Planning District 4, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated September 2, 2025, to add ‘self-storage facility’ as a permitted use to the C-2 (General Business) zone and schedule a public hearing; and 

2. Give notice of motion to consider the proposed amending development agreement, as set out in Attachment B of the staff report dated September 2, 2025, and schedule a public hearing for the amending development agreement which shall be held concurrently with that indicated in Recommendation 1.
