On September 20, at approximately 3 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to an alarm at a Fairview Variety, 130 Main Avenue in Halifax. Responding officers confirmed the business had been broken into. A man was arrested in the area. The investigation is ongoing and charges are anticipated.
