Motion:
That the Board of Police Commissioners for the Halifax Regional Municipality adopt in principle, subject to any comments from the public which are incorporated into the policy after the normal period of public review, the policy entitled Code of Conduct Complaints Regarding a Member of the Board of Police Commissioners for inclusion in the Board of Police Commissioners Policy Manual, as outlined in Attachment 1 of the staff report dated January 7, 2026.
