That the Community Planning and Economic Development Standing Committee recommend that Regional Council approve Attachment 1 of the staff report dated January 25, 2024 as the action plan for years three-to-five (2024-2027) of the five-year People. Planet, Prosperity: Halifax’s Inclusive Economic Strategy 2022-2027.

That the Community Planning and Economic Development Standing Committee recommend that Halifax Regional Council direct the Chief Administrative Officer to advance a Training and Competition Aquatic Facility Study as outlined in the staff report dated January 18, 2024 and report back to Regional Council with its findings and recommendations for the development of such a facility.
