Motion:
That the Environment and Sustainability Standing Committee recommend that Regional
Council:
1. Await the completion of the Community Energy and Climate Action Plan, prior to adopting emissions reduction targets; and
2. Not consider endorsing the proposed iMatter Climate Inheritance Resolution, until the Community Energy and Climate Action Plan is presented to Council for consideration.
