ENAt 2:30 a.m. on April 19, Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency and Halifax Regional Police responded to a structure fire inside the Cannabis Lounge located at 740 Bedford Highway, Halifax. Once the fire was extinguished a large quantity of cannabis was located inside. Police secured the premise for Drug Search Warrant.

ENAt 9:27 p.m. on April 18, police attended the corner of Quinpool Road and Oxford Street in Halifax for a report of a man armed with a knife. Police determined that two men, not known to each other, had gotten into a verbal dispute at the bus stop at this location.
