Update: On March 21 at 6:50 p.m., the second suspect surrendered to police on Roleika Dr., Dartmouth. Police are no longer searching for any further suspects. At 5 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a break & enter in progress at a residence in the 200 block of Prince Arthur Rd., Dartmouth.
