| New Rental Requests | 3 | Service level assumes all required documentation is submitted and complete. If the requested asset is unavailable, processing may be delayed while alternate locations are found. |
| Amendments to Approved Rental Requests | 10 | No amendments will be processed if requested within 10 business days of the event. Any applicable refunds or credits will be processed at end of each month. |
| Rental Booking Cancellation | N/A | No cancellations will be processed within 10 business days. HRM does not cancel court bookings due to weather. Online bookings are final and non-refundable. |
Other Incidental Fees
Key Sign Out Fee: $25 per key
Special Event Tent Permit Fee: $100 + HST per event plus other applicable fees as required
