ENAt approximately 5:05 p.m. on June 22, Halifax Regional Police responded to the report of a motor vehicle collision involving a man in a wheelchair. A 56-year-old man was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle was issued a summary offence ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
