The Inclusion Support Person is responsible for working with participations for the duration of the week. Weekly duties may include greeting participant, speaking to parents/guardians (if applicable), personal care, adapting activities, providing 1:1 support for a camper and ensuring open communication on the needs of the participants. Responsible for actively engaging in the program along with the participant and adapting the activity as necessary. Reports to the Inclusion Coordinator and the Community Recreation Coordinator.
