Due to the impact of the wildfires, curbside solid waste collection has been canceled Monday, May 29 for Upper Tantallon, Hammonds Plains, Upper Hammonds Plains and Lucasville areas. Recovery will occur on the next green bin/recycling day, Monday, June 12. 

Curbside collection will proceed in the area of Tantallon, south of Hwy 103, on Monday, May 29.

Curbside collection of garbage is cancelled for Tuesday, May 30 for the McCabe Lake area, Indigo Shores and Lucasville.  Plans for recovery will be announced later this week. 

Curbside collection of green cart/recycling collection is cancelled for Tuesday, May 30 in the Voyageur Way/St George Blvd areas. Materials will be collected in two weeks on the next regular green cart/recycling collection day, Tuesday June 13. Cancellation for this area is limited to the streets which have been evacuated.

Residents are encouraged to place materials curbside the evening before collection. Materials must be placed curbside no later than 7 a.m. to ensure collection.
