The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that road construction will begin on Friday, Sept. 25 and continue until the end of November at the intersection of Coburg Road at the intersection of Seymour and Vernon streets. Work will include intersection improvements to facilitate the implementation of local street bikeways.
