Group Size: 1+ people

Goal:  Get moving and play a modified game of freeze dance

Set up:

  • Clear an open space such as a living room with enough room to dance
  • Grab a phone, computer, or something similar to play music

How to Play:

  • Play a game of freeze dance but call out an animal and dance like that animal until the music freezes
  • Pause the music and stop moving
  • Call out a different animal and dance like that animal until the music pauses
  • Repeat with as many animals you can think of

Group Size: 1+ people

Goal:  Dance as much as you can without letting an object fall off your head

Set up:

  • A small cup or similar sized object that you can place on your head
    • We used empty yogurt containers
  • Grab a phone, computer, or something similar to play music

How to Play:

  • Play music and dance as much as you can
  • See how long you can dace without the object falling off your head.
  • Challenge your family members to see how long they can dance for!
