Shubie Beach

Shubie Beach can be found in Shubie Park next to Lake Charles. Upon entering Shubie Park, a campground will become visible, next to the campground is the beach. Shubie Beach has a distinct welcoming atmosphere. There is an inviting beach next to a wide open lake.

Aside from the beach/lake, there are 11 kilometers of trails found within Shubie Park – ideal for running, walking, or biking. There is also a dog park in which dogs are free to move without a leash. For baseball players, there is a field available for use. At the campground, there are washrooms and showers to freshen up after a long day. (For those who are interested, Shubie Campground is the closest campground next to downtown Halifax).
